Charles Gravely has more than 30 years customer service experience. He spent 24 years in the textile machinery industry gaining a broad technical background along with 15 years of managerial experience. From there he joined the fast growing HVAC industry where he could use his excellent problem solving abilities, technical background and first-class communication skills to continue to deliver superior heating, cooling and air quality service.Before joining McClintock, Charles continued his education in the HVAC industry by taking technical courses including: Comfort Cooling, HVAC Electrical, Heating Technology and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology. Since joining us, he has earned his NATE certification, completed the intensive Trane Residential Boot Camp as well as receiving his EPA Universal Refrigerant License.
Charles says, “I get excited helping customers with home comfort issues, reducing energy costs, and improving indoor air quality. I feel very fortunate to work with the quality Trane product line and I am very proud working with a company that has one of the best service departments and installation teams in the industry.” Charles is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Charles is married and he and his wife Sandra share a passion for their 2 labs, tennis, yard work including growing roses and hiking. They are members of Pet Therapy International and often spend time with their dogs at local senior centers.

Randy Race has more than 25 years of work experience in the industry; designing, installing and servicing heating and cooling systems. He and his wife Sandra are long-time residents of Union County, and as a family man and a Trane Comfort Consultant, he will take a personal interest in offering the best solutions for you and your family.Randy’s history of pursuing higher education in the rapidly-changing HVAC industry has resulted in several awards in the area of engineering, design and technical knowledge. His blend of formal training and field experience brings an unique asset to our company, which along with our highly skilled staff, allows McClintock Heating, Cooling and Electrical to provide the ultimate in comfort and service.

Marlon LeFevre has more than 10 years of experience in the industry and is not only a graduate of the Trane Residential Boot Camp, he is also a graduate of the intensive Trane All Star Training Camp that only the top comfort consultants are invited to attend. Marlon is passionate about the heating and air conditioning industry and continues to broaden his knowledge about new energy efficient and home comfort products thru research and training.Marlon states, "My favorite thing about the industry is the ability to help people make the right decision about the comfort in their home. Marlon is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and has lived in Union County for more than 13 years. He is married and he and his wife Candice share their home with a 7 year old rescue boxer named Zeke.
