At McClintock Heating Cooling & Electrical, Inc. we believe we have the
best comfort consultants in the business, Charles Gravely and Eric
Titler. Read on to find out a little more about them.
Charles
Gravely has nearly 30 years customer service experience. He spent more than 24
years in the textile machinery industry gaining a broad technical background
along with 15 years of managerial experience. From there he joined the fast
growing HVAC industry where he could use his excellent problem solving
abilities, technical background and first-class communication skills to
continue to deliver superior customer service.
Before joining McClintock, Charles continued his education in the HVAC industry
by taking technical courses including: Comfort Cooling, HVAC Electrical,
Heating Technology and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology. Since
joining us he has completed the intensive Trane Residential Boot Camp as well
as receiving his EPA Universal Refrigerant License.
Charles says, “I get excited helping customers with home comfort issues,
reducing energy costs, and improving indoor air quality. I feel very fortunate
to work with the quality Trane product line and I am very proud working with a
company that has one of the best service departments and installation teams in
the industry.” Charles is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His
attention to detail is phenomenal and he will make every effort to develop the
best individual solution for each home.
Charles has been married for more than nine years and he and his wife Sandra
share a passion for their 2 labs, tennis, yard work including growing roses and
hiking. They are members of Pet Therapy International and often spend their
weekends with their dogs at local senior centers.
Eric Titler has more than 11 years of HVAC experience in both the residential and commercial industries. In 1997 he started his career as an apprentice on an installation crew and worked through various positions to eventually become a salesman/supervisor. Working his way through these positions helped him acquire the skills needed to deal with the big and small issues presented to our team on a daily basis.
Eric has an Associate of Science in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC, a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University, also in Charlotte, and holds his EPA Universal Refrigerant License. He is the Student Activities Chairperson for Southern Piedmont American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers Board of Governors (ASHRAE). Eric is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Eric has a passion for working with customers to make their homes better suited for their needs. Eric states “Just because your HVAC system is working, doesn’t mean it was right for you and your family.” Eric will work with you to ensure that your system provides comfort conditioning, indoor air quality, dependability and a return on your investment.
Eric has been happily married for seven years to his wife April and they have two girls, ages 4 ½ and 2 years, and another baby on the way. Eric says “When I’m not busy working or being a dad, my hobby is being in the woods, preferably during South Carolina deer season, but any day in God’s country is worth its weight in gold.”
