 Paul has been with the McClintock team since 2003. He served honorably for 6 years in the US Navy and managed data networks for 15 years with several financial institutions. In the time since he has traded in his mouse for a wrench, Paul has become quite proficient at changing, converting and improving HVAC systems. In addition to a strong work ethic, Paul has quality communication and customer service skills. His hobbies include sports, gardening and guitar.

 Joel has worked in the HVAC industry for more than 5 years and joined the McClintock team in 2007. He is a good dog handler and in his spare time he enjoys being outdoors and training his dogs. |
 Devin has worked for McClintock for more than 2 years and in the HVAC industry for more 13 years. He has great customer service skills and works in both the installation and service departments. He is currently studying for multiple certifications including I.S.T.A.R.T and NATE Specialties. Devin is married with 3 children and in his spare time is devoted to his family. |
 Ariel has been in heating and air conditioning since 2000 when he graduated with a degree in HVAC. He is EPA certified and has attended various Trane classes including “General Installation Principles”. He also has some training in plumbing which he uses during the installation of system drains. Ariel is a perfectionist and loves the challenge of installing new systems. In his spare time Ariel spends time with his family. |
 Steven has worked in the HVAC industry for more than 13 years and joined the McClintock install team in early 2011. He completed a 3 year HVAC training program and loves learning more about the industry. Steven is married and has 2 daughters. In his spare time he enjoys football, fishing, movies and spending time with his family. |
 Harry has been part of the McClintock install team for more than 2 years and has 11 years experience in the construction field. A Florida native, he grew up in Monroe NC and in his spare time he enjoys following his favorite Florida sports teams. |
 Brandon C has worked for McClintock Heating & Cooling install team for 2 years and in the HVAC industry since 2005. He grew up in Charlotte and is married with three children. In his spare time he coaches his son’s baseball team. |
 Jordan joined the McClintock team in 2012. He grew up in South Carolina and has lived in Charlotte since 2010. |
