Tassie joined the McClintock team in 2004 and is the Lead Service Dispatcher. She is responsible for the scheduling of the service team and the coordination of incoming calls. She brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the team. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Kimberly has been with McClintock since January 2007 and is the Accounting Director and Payroll Specialist. Her responsibilities include accounting along with various office tasks including customer service and she is cross trained in all the office duties. Kimberly has many years of customer service experience and obtained her Accounting Certificate from CPCC in 2009. While not at work, Kimberly enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her family and her dog.
Lisa joined the McClintock team in February 2011 and is the Lead Install Coordinator. She is responsible for the scheduling & coordination of our Install team and is one the friendly voices that greet customers when they call. She believes in providing the highest quality of customer service. Lisa is a Charlotte native and when not at work, she enjoys gardening, rooting for the Carolina Panthers and spending time with her family & friends.
Samantha started as a part-time Data Entry Clerk for McClintock in May of 2012 and transitioned to a full-time position in March 2013. In 2016 she took on the additional responsibility of Service Dispatcher as well as the CSR in-office trainer. A Monroe native, she now lives in the Wingate area with her husband and children.
Jacob joined the McClintock team in 2018. He started as the data entry clerk for the installation department. He has since been promoted to Installation Coordinator. Jacob’s number one goal is to always be there for our customers in their time of need and to help guide them through the process to make everything as easy as possible. When not at work Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching is favorite sports teams!
Stephanie worked at McClintock from 2015 until 2017 as a CSR and office assistant and rejoined TeamTock in 2021 as a Service Dispatcher. She graduated from Forest Hills High School and currently lives in Marshville with her 2 children.
Megan started at McClintock in 2020 and works as a CSR / Accounting Specialist. She graduated from Weddington High School and CPCC and lives in Waxhaw. She spends her spare time with her family and she loves to read.
Kristen is our Customer Experience Coordinator at McClintock. Her primary focus is understanding our customers’ needs so our System Design Specialists can provide options personalized to their home comfort needs. Kristen has worked for Trane and other HVAC companies for more than 10 years. She currently lives in Cornelius with her two children and enjoys skydiving in her free time.
Trevor joined the McClintock team in 2022 as a CSR / Installation Department Specalist. He grew up in the Charlotte area and graduated from UNC Charlotte. In his spare time Trevor volunteers at his church.
Layla joined the McClintock team in 2022 as a CSR / Service Department Specialist. She grew up in NC then moved to the Charlotte area where she currently lives. Layla has 5 years of experience in customer service and enjoys helping others.
Lindsey is a CSR / Service Department Specialist and she joined McClintock in 2022. She was born and raised in Bessemer City and has a bull terrier dog that she takes camping in her free time. Lindsey has four years of prior HVAC CSR and Dispatching experience.
Angela is a CSR/ Service Department Specialist. She is from Monroe, NC and she spends her free time cooking up new recipes, hanging out with her kids and traveling. Angela has many years of experience as a CSR and is looking forward to learning more about the HVAC industry.
